Mastery Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part of a billing period.

Courses and other one-off purchases

Our courses are digital and you get access straight away, so we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something you bought from us has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy.
